I do accept Demand Draft drawn in favour of - 'Rahul Parekh' and payable at Rajkot (INDIA) or Online Transcation through NEFT/RTGS. All clients/art collectors can check the denomination in your currency through 'Universal Currency Converter'. |

You should send the order with information like Name, Address, Mobile No (preferably Whats App No.) & Method of Payment etc. You have to pay full payment with the order. As soon as I received your order & payment, the painting will be delivered to you within the shortest period of time. As all of my paintings are framed, it requires time in packaging and delivery, so please give 1-2 week time for safe & secure delivery in some cases. |

The best form of delivery option to be considered at the time of delivery of the painting and its security & safety to the customer, please ensure that someone is there to receive your delivered order. Paintings ordered together will be send in separate package for safe delivery. The best action will be taken to deliver the painting on specified time limit.

The best available packaging material will be used (mostly wooden crate). Packaging materials will be supplied free of cost. Delivery will made through reputed courier service, and shipment will be reach to you in perfect conditions. If for some reason delivered painting not reach to you in perfect condition, please do not bother..just read below. |

The customer should examine the consignment, if external damage found but painting in the package is found safe at the time of delivery, customer should accept the delivery. Merely external damage to the package will not be considered as damage, and in such case, a claim of refund will not be entertained. You must make a note of any damage to the shipment on the delivery record, and inform the courier & me about the damage immediately.otherwise courier will considered that shipment delivered to you in perfect condition. |

If internal damage to the painting is found, customer should immediately inform to Rahul Parekh in written details of the damage as soon as possible after taking delivery.
Please note that damages to the frame will not be considered. The unsatisfactory condition will only be covered for damaged condition to the painting, and NOT because the buyer did not like the artwork that s/he has purchased. If damage to the painting is genuine as per our satisfaction, the customer will be advised to return the painting within one week. While returning the painting, the customer should note that no further damages and finger marks on painting has to be made. On satisfying above conditions, claim of full refund of the painting will be entertained. |

Custom Duty & Other Charges: |

Applicable customs & Import duties to your destination is not included in the price.
The customer is responsible for payment of custom duties to the courier when the
shipment reached to your destination. |

Invoice & Certificate of Authentication: |

On approval of the order, painting(s) will be delivered along with Invoice and Certificate of Authentication. These are very important documents for you, which highlights my work's genuineness and that you've directly purchased it from the artist. I'll also send you an email for confirm dispatch and expected arrival time of the painting. |
